Understanding and Breaking Free from Captivity and Strongholds (Part 3)

Know the enemy and just walk out of his traps (Part 1)

Push play if you rather listen, for faith comes by hearing. Enjoy!

Heavenly Father, God of my Lord Jesus Christ, I praise you and thank you for your revelation knowledge in this teaching. I thank you that this word falls upon the fertile soil of the heart of this child seeking to remember you. That this seed cannot and will not be snatched up, chocked up, or fall by the wayside. That the spirit, soul and body of this child has been prepared and predestined before time for what they are about to hear because of your great love for this child. That they will not only be hearers of this word but doers. I praise you Lord that there are no distractions as they listen. I speak in authority, by the authority given to me by my spirit being seated in high places in Christ Jesus at the right hand of the Father, with all things being under our feet. And because I have power over all the works of the enemy, every devil, demon, principality and power of the air, land and water seeking to afflict this child must flee. May this child always recognize that the weapons of their warfare are not carnal but mighty to the bringing down of strongholds, that they do not wrestle against flesh and blood ever. Open their eyes to the cunning of our enemy the devil who makes it look like those they should be loving is the enemy. May every trap set by the enemy be viewed as a platform for growth and victory. Let there be total peace and focus as your child listens to this word, breathes it into their soul and spirit, quickening their mortal body, and is equipped to fight and is freed from all strongholds and regions of captivity. In the mighty name of Jesus. Amen!

Ladies and gentlemen, young and old, my beloved brethren! This is going to be a journey! But if you endure in receiving this word and apply it to your lives in the pursuit of living it, you will be refined as gold is refined, and gold will flow from your lives.

So, let’s journey together with Jesus. You ready?

“Keep me, O Lord, from the hands of the wicked; Preserve me from violent men, Who have purposed to make my steps stumble. The proud have hidden a snare for me, and cords; They have spread a net by the wayside; They have set traps for me. Selah” – Psalms 140:4-5 NKJV

In this verse of scripture, David is calling out for God to rescue him from men of violence, deception, and most of all pride. The thing is, David was a warrior! We are warriors! We are not all warriors in the worldly sense, but we are all warriors in the spiritual sense. It’s just that when the enemy comes at us, some of us just lay down, or we get into the wrong kind of fights. According to Ephesians 6:10-18, our warfare is not with flesh and blood, but with fallen angels and their spawn, the demons, evil entities of the spirit realm. In order to properly combat these foes, we must put on the whole armor of God every day, as well as have each other’s backs in prayer. Are we doing that?

We read in Ephesians 6:10-18 NKJV

10 Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. (We must be strong in the Lord’s might, not in our own physical strength, not in our carnal words, fists, feet, knives, and firearms. Those should never be our first sword. Can any of those carnal weapons benefit you while you’re caught in the war of the soul, which is where most battles begin? Jesus tells us something profound in Matthew 5:38-39 and onward. My astonishment is more for verses 38 and 39, for I know this is something I am still growing into, not just being a hearer but a doer. 38 “You have heard that it was said, ‘An eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth.’ 39 But I tell you not to resist an evil person. But whoever slaps you on your right cheek, turn the other to him also. – Matthew 5:38-39 NKJV

Whaaaat! Jesus you are telling me to not defend myself? Jesus responds, “Yes and no!”

The revelation of Matthew 5:38-39 became very clear to me because of a dream a brother shared with me. Hearing my brother’s dream was like Elizabeth’s interaction with Mary in Luke 1:41. It was such confirmation to the ministering of The Holy Spirit to me that it caused the baby, these assignments that God has seeded within me, to leap within my spiritual womb. In Matthew 5:38-39, Jesus tells us that turning the other cheek is a spiritual act of faith, hope, and love that results in a mind renewal and preparation for a physical response. My spirit testifies with The Holy Spirit, Who is of God’s love; therefore, my spirit seeks to operate in love toward an evil person. However, my spirit will not walk in love toward that evil spirit that has hijacked that child whom God loves and is encouraging them to behave in an evil way. My spirit desires to mess that evil spirit up. My soul if not being conditioned to The Spirit of God desires to join my flesh to mess that person up. Therefore, I am not to seek first and foremost to resist that evil person, but to resist that evil spirit. James 4:7 says, “Therefore submit to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you.” The devil will either flee from that person as he flees from you, or that person will flee with the devil. I admit that as I was writing this word, it was being written on the tablet of my heart. I am truly seeking to abide in these truths.

I do not believe Jesus is saying that if someone is in the act of harming you or someone you care about, you should not protect yourself or them. However, before any harm can befall us, what is going on in our minds and hearts in the first place? Are we prepared for a carnal battle or a spiritual? There have been reports of individuals changing their kidnappers’ minds by engaging with the evil spirits that hijacked the nappers, through prayer and even singing praise and worship like Paul and Silas in Acts 16:25. In the end, the evil spirits fled because the disciple of Jesus had faith and ministered to that lost soul. This is why it is important to analyze ourselves and determine where our hope truly rests. In Daniel 3, the evil king Nebuchadnezzar comes to worship God as the One True God after Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-Nego refused to worship the golden statue despite the threat of death that had been promised to them. They refused to fight a carnal battle with this evil king, and for choosing to surrender completely to God and worship Him alone, they were cast into a fiery furnace, where Jesus was made manifest to multitudes. They emerged from the furnace unharmed, not even smelling like smoke. This led not only the king, but an entire nation to worship God. We may not all survive the fire, but are we willing to reject our flesh in order to trust God even if He chooses not to deliver us?

There can be no fear in resisting the devil. When you are afraid, your IQ drops and you go into fight, flight, or freeze mode. You then begin to operate instinctively by the flesh and whatever carnal training you have received. Chances are the mind has also shut down. This is why some people will go into a berserk rage as they have stopped thinking. To turn the other cheek, we must first have a new mindset. Being sober and vigilante does not always mean avoiding alcohol, but rather avoiding being intoxicated on the flesh. Exercising trust in God for the best outcome in every scenario will cause mountains to be moved and cast into the sea. You may also end up gaining another brother or a sister in Christ.

Yeah, I truly seek to get this in me, therefore I surrender to you in this Lord. Jesus’s words are spirit, and they are life and must never be looked at from a carnal perspective. Seek through scripture by the mind of the Spirit and you will see Jesus’ words from a different perspective.

63 It is the Spirit who gives life; the flesh profits nothing. The words that I speak to you are spirit, and they are life. 64 But there are some of you who do not believe.” – John 6:63 NKJV

11 Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles (the tricks) of the devil. 12 For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, (But it is all too easy to believe that we are fighting flesh and blood because we have not trained our eye (the soul), the lamp of the body, to see beyond flesh and blood. Instead, we frequently train the eye to mediate on more worldly matters. As a result, it’s no wonder that we react the way we do. If you indulge viewing or playing violent or horrific video games or movies, you are conditioning your soul to react violently or horribly when circumstances arise. Jesus says in Matthew 6:22-23 NKJV – 22 “The lamp of the body is the eye. If therefore your eye is good, your whole body will be full of light. 23 But if your eye is bad, your whole body will be full of darkness. If therefore the light that is in you is darkness, how great is that darkness! So, we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places.

These spiritual entities are our true adversaries, and we must keep this in mind. We must constantly be prepared for spiritual warfare, and one of the enemy’s traps is to make spiritual warfare appear carnal. Before we go any further, I want to call your attention to a spiritual war that has become extremely carnal through the centuries, which appears to be heating up according to the signs of the times. I hope The Holy Spirit leads me to expound upon it in a future blog. I just flow as He tells me. So, may this be food for thought.

In Genesis 11 It was God who separated our language so that we would not bring further destruction upon ourselves after the flood because of Nimrod’s rebellion, tyranny, and continued worship of the fallen angels. The enemy has spent time, and more notably in our time, promoting a reunified humanity, but not in the name of Jesus the Christ. The Catholic Church’s crusades and inquisitions were carried out by the enemy while pretending to be of God. Due to false interpretations of God’s word, Africans were taught that slavery was their destiny. Many people of African descent believe the Bible is the white man’s book, but they forget that Jesus and many other figures in the Bible were not white men, and that the Garden of Eden was located somewhere between Asia and Africa, the cradle of civilization.

John in Revelation 4:2-3 says thisImmediately I was in the Spirit; and behold, a throne set in heaven, and One sat on the throne. And He who sat there was like a jasper and a sardius stone in appearance; and there was a rainbow around the throne, in appearance like an emerald.

Jasper and sardius stones are brownish colored stones. How could so many people have missed this? If this book was created due to our fairer skin brother’s agenda, they would have taken this scripture out so that people would not know that Adam the first man’s appearance was that of God, as Adam is in God’s image and likeness. Also, Adam was taken form the Earth. What color is the ground? Our complexion only changed after humanity dispersed to different regions of the world after leaving the Tower of Babel, and the skin change may have been due to changes in climate and food consumption. I believe Noah’s sons and their wives had the genetic makeup to produce every single complexion of man we see today, therefore they may have already been of various complexions at The Tower. Because slaves couldn’t read, they didn’t know this about God, and I’m sure many are still enslaved and don’t know this about God or those they despise because they don’t study the Bible for themselves, or they believe His Word has an evil agenda. Jesus our deliverer came to unify humanity to the Kingdom of God but knew that His name would be a sword used by the evil one to further divide us. To bring everyone under the banner of the antichrist, the enemy has spread hatred towards humans of different complexions, even though God’s kingdom is made up of such as these. I continue to use the word complexion, because we are all one race, humanity. My identity is not a black man. I’m a man of God! My skin is not even black. I’m a dark caramel.

The enemy’s deception is to come in with his false peace after causing so much chaos and, suffering, then compel everyone to be one people against God once more. He will then accuse and persecute true followers of Jesus for refusing to bow down and join in the building of the Tower of Unification. And because you and I are not among those willing to bow, our complexions will not matter. What a crafty trick and it is done in plain sight. The enemy is right now using his false prophets in the form of Hollywood movies, mainstream media, artist, entertainers, politicians, so called doctors, scientist, innovators, academia, etc. The list goes on and on. The prophets of Baal were numerous in 1 Kings, as they are in our day and age. Our one true unifier is Jesus Christ, and no other human being is the enemy I fight; our carnal interaction is not the true battlefield. However, regardless of how the battle appears, we are always supposed to be well equipped and understand each piece of equipment’s function. Keep in mind, this equipment is spiritual, for our true enemies for now are still in spirit form. That will soon change! Better understand this equipment of faith now.)

13 Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. (Hold your ground! Do not give up ground to the enemy. There are many people depending on you to stand than you may realize. People who don’t even realize they are counting on you to stand against the enemy. But we are so often only concerned about just ourselves or our families that we forget God loves the world. In forgetting, we don’t stand, we end up sitting in places we should not be sitting. In time, we end up laying down and burying what we have in us, as well as our armor, and eventually we get buried not having done all, to stand. I think of the servant who buried his master’s talent in Matthew 25:14-30 NKJV. I view this verse from a spiritual perspective, as this individual did not only bury a tangible property belonging to the master, but how people end up burying themselves, gifts with in them, and failing to live up to the potential God created them to. Jesus said He will say to some of us, “I never knew you, and be cast into outer darkness, where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.” I can see why this word would be so harsh. Consider all the people who relied on others to stand and multiply what was to be multiplied, but instead it was hoarded like a miser and finally buried and unused.)

1Stand therefore, having girded your waist with truth, (John 7:38 KJV Jesus states, 38 He that believeth on me, as the scripture hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water.

When we eat God’s truth, which is His word, we gird our waists by filling our bellies with truth. It is said, we are what we eat. Depending on the type of food we put into our physical bodies, if it is healthy, it may be sustenance to our bodies, even to how we think, and it can make it easier to exist the body. If the food is unhealthy, it might lead to numerous health issues, bloating and constipation. This is true whether we feed on what the world considers to be truth or what God says is truth. God’s truth is high in fiber and excellent protein.

John 6:53-58 NKJV Jesus educates us on true food,

53 Then Jesus said to them, “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink His blood, you have no life in you. 54 Whoever eats My flesh and drinks My blood has eternal life, and I will raise him up at the last day. 55 For My flesh is food indeed, and My blood is drink indeed. 56 He who eats My flesh and drinks My blood abides in Me, and I in him. 57 As the living Father sent Me, and I live because of the Father, so he who feeds on Me will live because of Me. 58 This is the bread which came down from heaven—not as your fathers ate the manna, and are dead. He who eats this bread will live forever.”

This is truth, the truth girding our waist our bellies. That is why Jesus has told those who live by His truth, His word – that we are the world’s preservatives; we are the salt of the Earth.)

,having put on the breastplate of righteousness (The breastplate, or in modern times the flak jacket is the part of the armor that covers the warriors heart and vital organs. David cried out for the Lord to give him a clean heart and to renew a right spirit within Him. David required protection for his heart and from his heart. – Psalm 51:10-11

Matthew 12:34-37 NKJV Jesus stated to the Pharisees, 34 Brood of vipers! How can you, being evil, speak good things? For out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks. 35 A good man out of the good treasure of his heart brings forth good things, and an evil man out of the evil treasure brings forth evil things. 36 But I say to you that for every idle word men may speak, they will give account of it in the day of judgment. 37 For by your words you will be justified, and by your words you will be condemned.”

Forgive us Lord! Forgive me!

With the breastplate of righteousness, our hearts are guarded with all diligence,
For out of it spring the issues of life. – Proverbs 4:23 NKJV

The breastplate represents God covering us in the Blood of His holy Son Jesus from that which once separated us from Him, sin! As stated in Isaiah 59:17, God clothed us in what He Himself wears.

For He put on righteousness as a breastplate, And a helmet of salvation on His head. – Isaiah 59:17 NKJV

As the apostle Paul observed the soldiers who held him captive, the Spirit of Wisdom inspired Paul to remind God’s people that God’s righteousness is our covering, just as a Roman soldier and modern-day soldier’s breastplate is their covering. God’s children who refuse to remember Him become casualties in this war, and if you are born again but don’t know to put on your armor or how it functions, you are a prime target for the enemy. Nothing excites the enemy more than a child of God standing naked in the open. “Shoot that one!” he orders his troops. Consequently, out of your wounded heart, comes the pouring out of life’s issues on everything and everyone. So, heed these words and guard your heart with all diligence by putting on this breastplate of righteousness. Plus, it is God’s expression of His love for you made manifest as divine protection of your heart. Wear it with joy and thanksgiving!

15 and having shod your feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace; (When we know what truth is because of our constant walking with the Lord, it is like wearing comfortable shoes. As warriors we have a lot of walking and running to do in this life. We must never allow any person, place, or thing to take our peace. Peace is a precious commodity in a world of chaos. Jesus instructs His disciples, and because we are His disciples, the words of Jesus apply to us as well. He tells us in Matthew 10:13-14 NKJV, 13 If the household is worthy, let your peace come upon it. But if it is not worthy, let your peace return to you. 14 And whoever will not receive you nor hear your words, when you depart from that house or city, shake off the dust from your feet. We can never leave our peace behind; it must always be upon our feet.

(Funny side note: This is one way a man’s peace was taken from him in Deuteronomy. As we are informed, peace is symbolic of something worn on the feet.

Deuteronomy 25:5-10 NKJV“If brothers dwell together, and one of them dies and has no son, the widow of the dead man shall not be married to a stranger outside the family; her husband’s brother shall go in to her, take her as his wife, and perform the duty of a husband’s brother to her. And it shall be that the firstborn son which she bears will succeed to the name of his dead brother, that his name may not be blotted out of Israel. But if the man does not want to take his brother’s wife, then let his brother’s wife go up to the gate to the elders, and say, ‘My husband’s brother refuses to raise up a name to his brother in Israel; he will not perform the duty of my husband’s brother.’ Then the elders of his city shall call him and speak to him. But if he stands firm and says, ‘I do not want to take her,’ then his brother’s wife shall come to him in the presence of the elders, remove his sandal from his foot, spit in his face, and answer and say, ‘So shall it be done to the man who will not build up his brother’s house.’ 10 And his name shall be called in Israel, ‘The house of him who had his sandal removed.’

I’m pretty sure with this title this guy never had peace. This woman had to have been too much for him to decide to live without peace for the rest of his days, and his house also bare this title. I can imagine his family pleading with him to fulfill his duty so that the label would not fall on them as well. Maybe this guy did not want a similar scenario as the 7 brothers in Matthew 22:23-33. I also see how, when God desires us to come out of a false sense of peace, he instructs us to take off our sandals, for where He is, is holy ground, and where He is, is true peace, The Prince of Peace. Moses’ encounter with God and the removal of his sandals brought true peace and deliverance to Moses, 2 million people, and finally the entire world through Jesus. See Exodus 3:5)

16 above all, taking the shield of faith with which, you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked one.(There is no shield greater than faith in God. Some may consider it a weak shied but the carnal minded cannot fathom how – now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. – Hebrews 11-1. The carnal mind cannot comprehend that faith is as easy as choosing to trust God in all circumstances, and that in doing so, the spirit of man who testifies with The Holy Spirit of God raises the shield of faith to deflect all the enemy might throw. I’ve been in situations where the damage I should have received to my soul was deflected off my armor, my shield of faith, because my hope and confidence were in God. It has now gotten to the point that every time I choose to trust God rather than my circumstances, a smile blooms in my soul and ends up on my face.)

17 And take the helmet of salvation (It is the Spirit of Wisdom Who encourages you to smile at your circumstances and having the Spirit of Wisdom to smile at your circumstances is freedom. To know and trust that all who the Son sets free is free indeed, is salvation – John 8:36

Solomon rejoices in Proverbs 31:25 AMP version  that a virtuous wife is a product of wisdom – that Strength and dignity are her clothing and her position is strong and secure; And she smiles at the future [knowing that she and her family are prepared].

Our preparation is in Christ. It is faith, hope, and trusting in the Lord at all times and leaning not on our own understanding – Proverbs 3:5. We can make all the plans in the world, but it is God’s plans for us that always prevails – Proverbs 19:21. So coming into alignment with this truth, and not fighting God’s will is the armor of our mind, will and soul – it is salvation. Wearing the helmet of salvation on our spiritual heads means having a renewed mind and choosing to submit all of our thoughts to the obedience of Jesus the Christ. Having a renewed mind as the mind that was in Christ Jesus enables us to perceive ourselves, others, and our surroundings in the light of Jesus rather than the darkness we previously existed in. With the helmet of salvation Even though we are royal warriors one with God we still choose to be humble servants, that the name of Jesus be exalted. – 2 Corinthians 10:5 and Philippians 2:5-11. The helmet of salvation, together with our renewed mind, allows us to discern who our true enemies are. As a man thinks, he is, and he no longer only thinks about himself, but as a guardian of the realm of men and Heaven, for the Kingdom of Heaven suffers violence and the violent take it by force, he is enabled by the Spirit of God to fight the good fight of faith and save countless lives for our Father God’s Kingdom, even if it means being a living sacrifice.

Proverbs 23:7Matthew 11:121 Timothy 6:12 and Romans 12:1

,and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God; (John 1:1-3 NKJV proclaims that, In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was in the beginning with God. All things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made.

In films like Ant Man, Hollywood depicts the atomic particle of existence, an invisible universe that serves as the foundation for all we see. For centuries, humanity remained unaware of this hidden universe, yet the Bible has previously addressed it. Then there’s the fact that the universe of matter still exists within our universe. With the right instruments you can see matter. However, there is the realm of the spirit that parallels our realm but exists outside of the physical realm. This spiritual realm was also created by The Word, that’s Jesus. It is written in Genesis 1:1 – In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.

For a long time, I believed that there was a previous heaven and earth that was destroyed or something, maybe by Helel/Lucifer/Satan’s fall but after guidance by The Holy Spirit I have come to realize that this was not the case. That what the Beginning represents is a spiritual template like a blueprint that God laid out before creating the heavens and the earth. That before God brought anything into the physical realm, He first created it in the spiritual. That is why it truly only took one day each for each day of creation, not millions of years or even thousands. God then led me to another brother who The Holy Spirit has enlightened his understanding by the name of Dan Duval. His book called Higher Dimensions, Parallel Dimensions and the Spirit Realm, has actual confirmed what The Holy Spirit has been leading me to, and have greatly assisted in articulating my meditations. I’m sure there are others who The Holy Spirit has led to this revelation. That is the benefit of having the same Teacher, The Holy Spirit, because He will certainly guide us towards similar and all truth. One great truth is that the Bible is literal, accurate, and always validates itself even without other written material. Jesus is called The Light of the World. In Genesis 1:3it says, Then God said, “Let there be light”; and there was light. Well what was this light if the sun and the moon were not created until the fourth day? – See Genesis 1:14-19 about the 4th day. This light was The Light of the World made manifest into the physical realm for the creation process to begin, for all things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made – John 1:3. In Revelation 21:23 we are told, the city had no need of the sun or of the moon to shine in it, for the glory of God illuminated it. The Lamb is its light. Jesus is the Lamb! John the Baptizer stated, “Behold! The Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world!” – John 1:29

This sword of the spirit, which is the word of God, is the Light, which is greater than we can comprehend. We carry the most awesome power in all of space, time, and realms on our very being because of our faith in Jesus. It is the very Word that everything has been created by. What POWER, yet we just take it for granted. Treat it so casually. Fumble around with it because of our unbelief. However, every word of the sword that we speak has the power to modify, alter, and cut through the very fabric of reality or deception.

Hebrews 4:12-13

12 For the word of God is living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart. 13 And there is no creature hidden from His sight, but all things are naked and open to the eyes of Him to whom we must give account.

Whatever situation we come across, by speaking life to ourselves and that situation, and we have no doubt, faith is! That we can say to a mountain, problem, stronghold, be raised up and be cast into the sea, and it will be done. The sword is more than a blade, a long steel object we see in our minds when we think about it. The Sword is as God is! The Great I AM! The Author of all things, the finisher of all things. The Word is the Sword that formerly guarded the way to the Garden of Eden, dividing humanity from the realm between the worlds. Despite being shattered on the cross, the Sword tore the vale in the temple in two after declaring it is finished. This allowed humanity back into the garden, the garden that is now in us the temples of The Holy Spirit. The Sword is in us, and we can either use this Sword to attack or defend.

But again, the weapon of our warfare is not carnal. Attacking with the sword of the sprit, which is the word of God is for our spiritual enemies. We have no physical enemies, only those who rule them. That’s gotta be tough to wrap your mind around. I know it has been tough for me, especially when it has been physical people in my face hurting me. However, because they are ruled by our spiritual adversaries, we are called to defend them with the Sword. Father forgive them for they know not what they do – as Jesus hung on the cross, being tortured to death by us. The same people He was defending by bearing our sins! How dare we not do this for each other! How dare we not do this for the people who have hurt us! I may not get to know many of you who read or listen to this blog, but I aim to defend you all with the Sword rather than cut you down with it. That is why I do this in the first place: I pray you are edified and defended with truth, and that you do the same for others. As I deliver this truth, I am also learning and growing in it.

18 praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit being watchful to this end with all perseverance and supplication for all the saints. – Ephesians 6:10-18, (Prayer is an armor. Our spirit prays, testifies with The Holy Spirit, and is encouraged by our physical diligence of seeking God in His word. Loving God with all our heart, soul and mind, and our neighbor as ourselves. This armor is not just about praying in tongues which is a gift of The Spirit, but our prayer in tongues can be empty and void of life if we don’t have love in it.

We are told this in 1 Corinthians 13:1, Though I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, but have not love, I have become sounding brass or a clanging cymbal.

Prayer in the spirit is deeper than the sounds we make with our mouths. I’ve discovered that praying by the spirit of man comes from actively seeking the Lord in His word, meditating on it day and night, and embracing The Holy Spirit in every area of my life. I am diligently seeking to improve and be intentional of living in the spirit, by the spirit with The Holy Spirit. I know I have gone a long time ignoring The Holy Spirit. I asked God one day in prayer, Who should I be talking to? The Holy Spirit responded, Me! He is why Jesus said that He needed to go and Who He would send to us. Jesus said, where there are two or three gathered, He Jesus is in the midst of them, but the Teacher, The Helper, The Comforter, the One who quickens are mortal bodies, that’s the Holy Spirt. Now that I’ve realized this, I’ve begun to have a deeper, more personal relationship with the Spirit who is Wisdom, and Wisdom has begun to reveal God’s revelation knowledge to me, and the eyes of my understanding are being enlightened. I am beginning to know what the hope of His calling is, and the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints. – Ephesians 1:17-18. That is how we know what to pray for one another as truths are downloaded into our spirits by The Holy Spirit, for only the Spirit knows what we should pray for an of the saints.

Romans 8:26-27 NKJV

26 Likewise the Spirit also helps in our weaknesses. For we do not know what we should pray for as we ought, but the Spirit Himself makes intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered. (Note: That means what the Spirit prays we cannot speak with our mouths. It is only by a deep intimate connection with The Holy Spirit that our spirit can pray, and what comes out of our mouths is from a place we cannot comprehend by our souls. It takes trust and having a pure heart which only faith and repentance can provide. Anything else is just a sounding brass or a clanging cymbal.) 27 Now He who searches the hearts knows what the mind of the Spirit is, because He makes intercession for the saints according to the will of God.

1 Corinthians 2:9-16 says,

But as it is written: “Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, Nor have entered into the heart of man
The things which God has prepared for those who love Him.” 10 But God has revealed them to us through His Spirit. For the Spirit searches all things, yes, the deep things of God. 11 For what man knows the things of a man except the spirit of the man which is in him? Even so no one knows the things of God except the Spirit of God. 12 Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the Spirit who is from God, that we might know the things that have been freely given to us by God. 13 These things we also speak, not in words which man’s wisdom teaches but which The Holy Spirit teaches, comparing spiritual things with spiritual. 14 But the natural man does not receive the things of the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him; nor can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned. 15 But he who is spiritual judges all things, yet he himself is rightly judged by no one. 16 For “who has known the mind of the Lord that he may instruct Him?” But we have the mind of Christ. Amen!)

As I was recording this, The Holy Spirit instructed me to stop and add this disclaimer. That’s how serious this is, and how much God desires you to be prepared and protected. Even as I was writing this blog, I was under relentless attack, but the Lord’s armor preserved me, and my brethren interceded for me all the way so that I could deliver this to you. While you have been reading or listening to this warfare has already been transpiring in the heavens. There are spiritual forces unseen by some of us that seek to steal, kill, and destroy the careless. The enemy does not want you to know or trust anything you’ve read or heard, and the remainder of what you’ll read or hear will reveal who he is. Knowing your opponent and what motivates him is one of the greatest advantages of combat.

Now that you’re aware of the armor and what it’s for, stop reading or listening and put it on. It is as simple as just praying each step of Ephesians 6:10:18 by faith with I statements. Example: I put on the belt of truth. There is a catch to putting on this armor though, and that is it is only effective if you choose to confess with your mouth and believe in your heart that Jesus Christ is Lord. Believing his blood was shed for you is the trigger that enables the armor to work. So, I don’t advise going on unless you are ready to make this choice. “A hint to the wise is sufficient!”, my mother always said to me.

David, in Psalms 140, seeking God’s deliverance from men of violence, deception, and pride, could have undoubtedly dealt with these same men on his own. But David realized that with God being his true sword, shield, armor that God could recue him better than he could rescue himself, and that he was not just dealing with flesh and blood here.

“I will love You, O Lord, my strength. The Lord is my rock and my fortress and my deliverer; My God, my strength, in whom I will trust; My shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold. I will call upon the Lord, who is worthy to be praised; So shall I be saved from my enemies.” – Psalms 18:1-3 NKJV

We must ask ourselves as David probably knew. Who is the father of these violent, wicked, deceptive children of pride who sets snares and traps for us? Well, God describes an incredible beast, a dragon to Job.

Job 41

“Can you draw out Leviathan with a hook, Or snare his tongue with a line which you lower?
Can you put a reed through his nose, Or pierce his jaw with a hook?
Will he make many supplications to you? Will he speak softly to you?
Will he make a covenant with you? Will you take him as a servant forever?
Will you play with him as with a bird, Or will you leash him for your maidens?
Will your companions make a banquet of him? Will they apportion him among the merchants?
Can you fill his skin with harpoons, Or his head with fishing spears?
Lay your hand on him; Remember the battle – Never do it again!
Indeed, any hope of overcoming him is false; Shall one not be overwhelmed at the sight ofhim? 10 No one is so fierce that he would dare stir him up.
Who then is able to stand against Me? 11 Who has preceded Me, that I should pay him?
Everything under heaven is Mine.12 “I will not conceal his limbs,
His mighty power, or his graceful proportions.13 Who can remove his outer coat?
Who can approach him with a double bridle? 14 Who can open the doors of his face,
With his terrible teeth all around? 15 His rows of scales are his pride,
Shut up tightly as with a seal; 16 One is so near another
That no air can come between them; 17 They are joined one to another,
They stick together and cannot be parted. 18 His sneezings flash forth light,
And his eyes are like the eyelids of the morning.19 Out of his mouth go burning lights;
Sparks of fire shoot out. 20 Smoke goes out of his nostrils,
As from a boiling pot and burning rushes. 21 His breath kindles coals,
And a flame goes out of his mouth. 22 Strength dwells in his neck,
And sorrow dances before him. 23 The folds of his flesh are joined together;
They are firm on him and cannot be moved. 24 His heart is as hard as stone,
Even as hard as the lower millstone. 25 When he raises himself up, the mighty are afraid;
Because of his crashings they are beside themselves. 26 Though the sword reaches him, it cannot avail; Nor does spear, dart, or javelin. 27 He regards iron as straw, And bronze as rotten wood. 28 The arrow cannot make him flee; Slingstones become like stubble to him. 29 Darts are regarded as straw; He laughs at the threat of javelins. 30 His undersides are like sharp potsherds; He spreads pointed marks in the mire. 31 He makes the deep boil like a pot;
He makes the sea like a pot of ointment. 32 He leaves a shining wake behind him;
One would think the deep had white hair.

(Note:The Leviathan sounds like Godzilla. Have you seen any of the new Godzilla movies? I keep saying Hollywood continuously tells us that they know the Bible to be true. It’s just that the Kabal, who dominate this world, think the devil is the true god. It is God’s people who are neglecting to recognize the signs of the times and not standing for The One True God.In any case, God depicts an inconceivable monster to Job that sounds strikingly close to a dragon.)
33 On earth there is nothing like him, Which is made without fear. 34 He beholds every high thing; He is king over all the children of pride.”

To connect this dragon, the leviathan, the father of pride, with the devil, whose name is Helel (Hebrew for morning star) or Lucifer (Latin for light bringer), my attention was drawn to Job 41:34 – He beholds every high thing.

In the Bible, God despises high things and high places because they lead people to worship false gods.

Numbers 33:50-52 NKJV

50 Now the Lord spoke to Moses in the plains of Moab by the Jordan, across from Jericho, saying, 51 “Speak to the children of Israel, and say to them: ‘When you have crossed the Jordan into the land of Canaan, 52 then you shall drive out all the inhabitants of the land from before you, destroy all their engraved stones, destroy all their molded images, and demolish all their high places;

Deuteronomy 12:1-7 NKJV

“These are the statutes and judgments which you shall be careful to observe in the land which the Lord God of your fathers is giving you to possess, all the days that you live on the earth. You shall utterly destroy all the places where the nations which you shall dispossess served their gods, on the high mountains and on the hills and under every green tree. And you shall destroy their altars, break their sacred pillars, and burn their wooden images with fire; you shall cut down the carved images of their gods and destroy their names from that place. You shall not worship the Lord your God with such things.“But you shall seek the place where the Lord your God chooses, out of all your tribes, to put His name for His dwelling place; and there you shall go. There you shall take your burnt offerings, your sacrifices, your tithes, the heave offerings of your hand, your vowed offerings, your freewill offerings, and the firstborn of your herds and flocks. And there you shall eat before the Lord your God, and you shall rejoice in all to which you have put your hand, you and your households, in which the Lord your God has blessed you.

Leviticus 26:30 NKJV – I will destroy your high places, cut down your incense altars, and cast your carcasses on the lifeless forms of your idols; (I advise reading all of Leviticus 26 to get the full extent of the consequences of disobedience and idol worship.)

According to Deuteronomy 12, God approved of worship at a certain high place prior to and by Solomon, and even rewarded Solomon exceedingly there. The Tabernacle of Meeting with God was at a high place at the time because Solomon had not yet constructed the temple.

1 Kings 3:1-14 NKJV

Now Solomon made a treaty with Pharaoh king of Egypt, and married Pharaoh’s daughter; then he brought her to the City of David until he had finished building his own house, and the house of the Lord, and the wall all around Jerusalem. Meanwhile the people sacrificed at the high places, because there was no house built for the name of the Lord until those days. And Solomon loved the Lord, walking in the statutes of his father David, except that he sacrificed and burned incense at the high places. Now the king went to Gibeon to sacrifice there, for that was the great high place: Solomon offered a thousand burnt offerings on that altar. At Gibeon the Lord appeared to Solomon in a dream by night; and God said, “Ask! What shall I give you?” And Solomon said: “You have shown great mercy to Your servant David my father, because he walked before You in truth, in righteousness, and in uprightness of heart with You; You have continued this great kindness for him, and You have given him a son to sit on his throne, as it is this day. Now, O Lord my God, You have made Your servant king instead of my father David, but I am a little child; I do not know how to go out or come in. And Your servant is in the midst of Your people whom You have chosen, a great people, too numerous to be numbered or counted. Therefore give to Your servant an understanding heart to judge Your people, that I may discern between good and evil. For who is able to judge this great people of Yours?” 10 The speech pleased the Lord, that Solomon had asked this thing. 11 Then God said to him: “Because you have asked this thing, and have not asked long life for yourself, nor have asked riches for yourself, nor have asked the life of your enemies, but have asked for yourself understanding to discern justice, 12 behold, I have done according to your words; see, I have given you a wise and understanding heart, so that there has not been anyone like you before you, nor shall any like you arise after you. 13 And I have also given you what you have not asked: both riches and honor, so that there shall not be anyone like you among the kings all your days. 14 So if you walk in My ways, to keep My statutes and My commandments, as your father David walked, then I will lengthen your days.”

Now, once Solomon had built the temple, worship at the previous high place God had authorised or any other high place had become forbidden, but a multitude of Kings of Israel and Judahtruly tested God’s longsuffering nature and led the people to worship at high places, as can be recounted in 1st and 2nd Kings and 2 Chronicles, but King Manasseh of Judah appeared to be the chiefest of these idolatrous kings, a servant of Helel to the point God said king Manasseh had even done worst abominations and wickedness than the Amorites. The Amorites were the original idolaters of the land before Israel claimed it for God. – See 2 Kings 21:1-26.

As God says in Job 41:34, Leviathan sees or beholds everything high. According to some translations of the Bible, he surveys everything that is haughty or looks down on all that is haughty. When Jesus was led into the wilderness by The Holy Spirit. During His temptation by Helel/Satan, He was taken to a high place in order to behold, see, survey and look down on all the proud kingdoms of the world past, present, and future. It was there that Helel/Lucifer/Satan/the Leviathan/the great dragon/that old serpent the devil made his proud boast of his authority over all the world, delivered to him through humanity’s disobedience and lack of repentance in the Garden of Eden. However, it was also in the wilderness that he was horrified to realize that this was the seed of the woman, who had come to crush his head and deliver humanity. For no mere man has ever utterly and completely rejected his offers before. That all his plans and schemes to corrupt Adam’s lineage and prevent the coming of the seed of the woman had been defeated. He must have been baffled as how the Lord of hosts could come in such a manner? Why would He go to such great lengths, such depths, taking the form of a man, and all his frailties for these deplorable creatures. How that must have confounded the darkness of Helel’s very nature. How that must have already been torment before the time to know he was not worthy of such extreme measures, such amazing love. Yet, Jesus did it for you, and for me. Do not feel sorry for our enemy, whose hatred for us and God is so profound that it cannot be cured. Just look at the state of the world. He is the encourager of all the evil that mankind does. Every pain you have suffered, every heartache. His desire is to destroy you and all you hold dear. That the fires of Hell, the torment of darkness, where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth which is His destiny, should be ours also. Oh, but for the Blood of Jesus, may it not be your portion!

The Holy Spirit has literally been the general contractor of this blog, because just when I thought I was through recording, The Holy Spirit had a different plan. Many are the plans in a man’s heart right? This section you are now reading or listening to was not previously available to me. At one point I had to pause from recording to go build tents, you know like the apostle Paul did in Acts 18:1-4. I don’t really build tents; I deliver meals. I just like calling it that while following the Lord’s instructions of ministering the Gospel as He has directed me to do. So, while working, I was encouraging myself in the Lord, declaring God’s word, specifically Ephesians 2:6, that I am seated in heavenly places in Christ Jesus, as well as singing to the Lord, when The Holy Spirit said to me, “This place of worship is the true high place.” When I heard this, I was so excited about how it connected to the blog and the scriptures that confirmed it that I got out of the car to make my delivery and started going to the door without the food in my hand. After successfully delivering the meal, I began writing notes to myself; I couldn’t believe what was being downloaded.

When Jesus met the Samaritan woman at the well in John 4, she pointed out to Him that where they were was one of the high places where her ancestors worshiped God. But the Messiah pointed this out to her, proving that no religious organization or physical location, no matter how high or low, will be the place to worship God any longer.

21 Jesus said to her, “Woman, believe Me, the hour is coming when you will neither on this mountain, nor in Jerusalem, worship the Father. 22 You worship what you do not know; we know what we worship, for salvation is of the Jews. 23 But the hour is coming, and now is, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth; for the Father is seeking such to worship Him. 24 God is Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth.” – John 4:21-24

We must be vigilant of what we have been adopting as worship to the Lord in our own lives. If you are able to accept this and give up carnal worship of God, those who believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God and the Savior of the World are now temples of The Holy Spirit, as stated in 1 Corinthians 6:19. It has been Helel’s trap to have us become religious and believe that the sites where we choose to worship God are important, but Jesus goes out of his way to deliver the woman at the well and us from this wrong thinking. How deceptive this has all been, with The Way being taken over by paganism ever since Constantine, then becoming The Roman Catholic Church, the Lutheran Church, and all the other denominations that branched out after that with their own ideologies and doctrines that just led followers of Jesus right back to carnal worship of God, dare I say, worship of Helel. I’m not saying that every Christian institution worships Helel, but people have placed far more importance on religion and the structure they attend than on Who they should be worshiping and seeking on a daily basis.

We are to worship God in spirit and truth. That is, our spirit is doing the worshiping, and it is done in Jesus, the Truth, the Way, and the Life. No one comes to the Father except through Him. –  That’s John 14:6. That means one must have been made righteous by salvation through Jesus, as well as daily communing with God through The Holy Spirit and seeking Him in His Word, the Gospel. Having the faith to sincerely spend time in prayer and supplication, believing that God rewards those who diligently seek Him, and choose to intercede on behalf of others not just ourselves. That covers God’s whole armor. Imagine that!

The Holy Spirit then brought it home with this. Helel took Jesus and tried to bribe him into worshipping him by offering Him all the kingdoms of the world. Instead, by delivering the world, Jesus took that same high place, every other high place, and all the kingdoms of the world, including Helel’s, and placed them under His and our feet. That the true high place is in Christ Jesus, who is seated at The Father’s right hand in the heavenly place, but also in us, the temples of the Lord. My God! How excellent is Your name Lord Jesus!

Let’s recall that this teaching is about knowing our enemy and being able to just walk out of his traps. Therefore, we go deeper into the word to connect this dragon the leviathan, father of pride with the dragon the devil by visiting Revelation 12:8-9 and Ezekiel 28:1-19. In Ezekiel 28 God describes the rise and fall of Helel.

Revelation 12:8-9

but they did not prevail, nor was a place found for them in heaven any longer. So the great dragon was cast out, that serpent of old, called the Devil and Satan, who deceives the whole world; he was cast to the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.

Ezekiel 28:1-19

The word of the Lord came to me again, saying, “Son of man, say to the prince of Tyre, ‘Thus says the Lord God: “Because your heart is lifted up, And you say, ‘I am a god, I sit in the seat of gods, In the midst of the seas,’ Yet you are a man, and not a god, Though you set your heart as the heart of a god (Behold, you are wiser than Daniel! There is no secret that can be hidden from you! With your wisdom and your understanding You have gained riches for yourself, And gathered gold and silver into your treasuries; By your great wisdom in trade you have increased your riches, And your heart is lifted up because of your riches),” (Note: In verse 1 to 5 God tells Ezekiel to go give this prophecy to a man, but in the next verses we see that as God deals with the physical He even more so speaks to the spiritual.) 11 Moreover the word of the Lord came to me, saying, 12 “Son of man, take up a lamentation for the king of Tyre, and say to him, ‘Thus says the Lord God: “You were the seal of perfection, Full of wisdom and perfect in beauty. 13 You were in Eden, the garden of God; (Note: The man form, the king of Tyre was not in Eden. But I can also see this meaning that the man form as a descendant of Adam. But the next verses do not line up with this being a man.) Every precious stone was your covering: The sardius, topaz, and diamond, Beryl, onyx, and jasper, Sapphire, turquoise, and emerald with gold. The workmanship of your timbrels and pipes Was prepared for you on the day you were created. 14 “You were the anointed cherub who covers; (There it is, that’s an angel. The angel Helel/Lucifer) I established you; You were on the holy mountain of God; You walked back and forth in the midst of fiery stones. 15 You were perfect in your ways from the day you were created, Till iniquity was found in you. 16 “By the abundance of your trading You became filled with violence within, And you sinned; Therefore I cast you as a profane thing Out of the mountain of God; And I destroyed you, O covering cherub, From the midst of the fiery stones.17 “Your heart was lifted up because of your beauty; You corrupted your wisdom for the sake of your splendor; I cast you to the ground, I laid you before kings, That they might gaze at you. 18 “You defiled your sanctuaries By the multitude of your iniquities, By the iniquity of your trading; Therefore I brought fire from your midst; It devoured you, And I turned you to ashes upon the earth In the sight of all who saw you.19 All who knew you among the peoples are astonished at you; You have become a horror, And shall be no more forever.” ’ ”

Even after all of this profound connecting of the scriptures to expose our enemy, there is something The Holy Spirit keeps bringing to my attention. I feel compelled to express it in the hopes that it will spark a conversation that leads to the truth. I am hoping that other seekers of God’s revelation knowledge will be able to fill in the blanks. As defined earlier, As defined earlier, Helel is (Hebrew for morning star) or Lucifer (Latin for light bringer). We know that Helel is not the light of the world, Jesus is the light of the world. Jesus is the light that God spoke into the physical realm in The Beginning as expounded on earlier through the connection of Genesis 1:3John1:3John 1:29, and Revelation 21:23

Gonna sidetrack for a sec to point out something weird with numbers that has been happening to me ever since 2020, or at least I have become more attentive to it since 2020. Throughout my day I will often encounter triple of the same numbers. I asked The Holy Spirit about it, and He has expressed to me it is direction as well as a count down. I do not have more information on this yet. I am not an expert, nor will I pretend to be, therefore I am seeking further guidance. What I do know as I have been studying Hebrew numbers, numbers in the Bible are very significant. As I was writing this, I did not realize what The Holy Spirit was doing until I came to this section, I have sidetracked us to. The links I have provided with the post will have more in-depth explanations of the Hebrew numbers. We’d be here all day if I went over everything, so feel free to check out the links.

Here are those links:

With the verses that connect Jesus as being the light I had this numerical revelation.

Genesis 1:3=4, John 1:3=4, John 1:29=12, and Revelation 21:23=8. 4 in Hebrew numerology represents Authority and Time, with Genesis 1:3 and John 1:3 being linked to Jesus’ Authority, Creation, and Timing. 12 in Hebrew represents the perfect government, order, organization etc. In John 1:29, Jesus, the Lamb of God, is recognized as savior and ruler, and He proceeds to gather 12 sons of Adam to teach them what it means to have the authority they were meant to have. He teaches them how to govern the Earth and to teach others how to rule the Earth through the commandments of The Kingdom of God, The Perfect Government. 8 in Hebrew represents New Beginnings. In Revelation 21:23 John beholds the New Jerusalem which is the merger of Heaven and Earth. Jesus as He was in Genesis 1:3 is the same in Revelation 21:23, The Light. Wow! That is awesome!

Okay, let’s return to this deep dive into recognizing our enemy. We have clarified that Jesus is the Lamb who is the Light of the New Jerusalem the City of God in The End as He is in the Beginning. My question is this. What light is Helel bearing? Ezekiel 28 continuously refers to Helel as a covering cherub. What is he covering? Upon the Ark of the Covenant as described in Exodus 25:18-20 are two cherubs covering the mercy seat of God.

18 And you shall make two cherubim of gold; of hammered work you shall make them at the two ends of the mercy seat. 19 Make one cherub at one end, and the other cherub at the other end; you shall make the cherubim at the two ends of it of one piece with the mercy seat. 20 And the cherubim shall stretch out their wings above, covering the mercy seat with their wings, and they shall face one another; the faces of the cherubim shall be toward the mercy seat.

Exodus 25:18-20

In Isaiah 6:1-7 two angels are above the throne of God very akin to the Ark of the covenant. One of the angels takes a hot coal from the alter of God which is similar to the alter described in Exodus 27 1:8. In Exodus God told Moses to make the alter as he saw it on Mount Sinai. On this mountain God showed Moses His throne room. The alter in God’s throne room had fiery coals or stones, the same fiery stones in Ezekiel 28, and apparently Helel would walk through them or handle them as the angel in Isaiah 6 did.

In the year that King Uzziah died, I saw the Lord sitting on a throne, high and lifted up, and the train of His robe filled the temple. Above it stood seraphim; each one had six wings: with two he covered his face, with two he covered his feet, and with two he flew. And one cried to another and said: “Holy, holy, holy is the Lord of hosts; The whole earth is full of His glory!” And the posts of the door were shaken by the voice of him who cried out, and the house was filled with smoke. So I said: “Woe is me, for I am undone! Because I am a man of unclean lips, And I dwell in the midst of a people of unclean lips; For my eyes have seen the King, The Lord of hosts.” Then one of the seraphim flew to me, having in his hand a live coal which he had taken with the tongs from the altar. And he touched my mouth with it, and said: “Behold, this has touched your lips; Your iniquity is taken away, And your sin purged.” – Isaiah 6:1-7 NKJV

Helel is also described in Ezekiel 28 as being very beautiful before his fall. That every precious stone was his covering: The sardius, topaz, and diamond, Beryl, onyx, and jasper, Sapphire, turquoise, and emerald with gold. These are the same precious stones that God commanded Moses to put on the High Priest’s breastplate in Exodus 28:15-20. These are also the precious stones used in the construction of the walls of the New Jerusalem, as detailed in Revelation 21:14-21.

15 “You shall make the breastplate of judgment. Artistically woven according to the workmanship of the ephod you shall make it: of gold, blue, purple, and scarlet thread, and fine woven linen, you shall make it. 16 It shall be doubled into a square: a span shall be its length, and a span shall be its width. 17 And you shall put settings of stones in it, four rows of stones: The first row shall be a sardius, a topaz, and an emerald; this shall be the first row; 18 the second row shall be a turquoise, a sapphire, and a diamond; 19 the third row, a jacinth, an agate, and an amethyst; 20 and the fourth row, a beryl, an onyx, and a jasper. They shall be set in gold settings. – Exodus 28:15-20

14 Now the wall of the city had twelve foundations, and on them were the [j]names of the twelve apostles of the Lamb. 15 And he who talked with me had a gold reed to measure the city, its gates, and its wall. 16 The city is laid out as a square; its length is as great as its breadth. And he measured the city with the reed: twelve thousand furlongs. Its length, breadth, and height are equal. 17 Then he measured its wall: one hundred and forty-four cubits, according to the measure of a man, that is, of an angel. 18 The construction of its wall was of jasper; and the city was pure gold, like clear glass. 19 The foundations of the wall of the city were adorned with all kinds of precious stones: the first foundation was jasper, the second sapphire, the third chalcedony, the fourth emerald, 20 the fifth sardonyx, the sixth sardius, the seventh chrysolite, the eighth beryl, the ninth topaz, the tenth chrysoprase, the eleventh jacinth, and the twelfth amethyst. 21 The twelve gates were twelve pearls: each individual gate was of one pearl. And the street of the city was pure gold, like transparent glass. – Revelation 21:14-21

So, was Helel once one of these cherubs or the cherub covering God’s mercy seat, handling or bearing the fiery coals of God from the alter, which is an aspect of God’s cleansing power and righteousness, and bearing the light that is Jesus? Every angel that God created serves a purpose. Could this have been Helel’s purpose, and his eventual downfall, since as a result of his role in bearing God’s light, he imagined he could be God, deceived himself, and became the father of the evil, deceptive, and proud? I believe so. May this give you something to ponder.  Let’s stop here, and continue next time with Part 2 of “Know the enemy and just walk out of his traps”
